Very warm Halloween for eastern Lower 48
Sorry for the late update — a few things came up including an interview with the AP on persistent dryness over the past month since Hurricane Helene. The 30-day precipitation anomaly (% of normal) shows the Lower 48 at 31% of normal when spatially averaged. Of course Milton comprises the largest positive anomaly over Florida.
