Heavy snow and cold in Montana, Otis rapidly intensifying
Major winter storm on tap for Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota with widespread 1-foot+ snowfall totals with much higher amounts at elevation.
A trough will dig into the Pacific Northwest with some moisture from the ocean to combine for a nice snowstorm over the northern Rockies extending into Canada.
