Wednesday Headlines

  1. Remnants of Beryl heading into the Great Lakes with heavy rainfall. Scattered showers and storms for the lucky across the rest of the Lower 48.

  2. Heat Wave Across the Western U.S. continues with 110s and 120s from Las Vegas to Phoenix and Death Valley (hottest near 130°F).

  3. Hot and humid across the Eastern U.S. yet again with excessive heat warnings.

Temperatures didn’t fall below the 80s in the Maryland / D.C. / I-95 corridor so heat-index was already > 90°F by 8 AM ET. Yikes.
