Warm week ahead before significant Canadian Arctic blast across Eastern Lower 48

A few storm systems are affecting the Lower 48 on Sunday, but not terribly impactful. Thankfully, much warmer air across the Eastern U.S. for the upcoming week. The last holdouts for seasonable cold are in New England..
Snowfall accumulations will be light across the Midwest and into Pennsylvania and New York.
NWS only has a small 2-4” accumulation expected in central PA into NY. Much more in the mountains, but that’s where it belongs. NWS snowfall next 48-hours:
However, rainfall could be well over an inch along the frontal boundary from Little Rock to Pittsburgh in the southerly flow. NWS total precipitation next 48-hours:

Coldest weather is in the Northeast with majority of the sub-freezing population of the Lower 48, but still only 37 million. Mild across Texas and Florida already in the 70s.

Overall the Lower 48 is 5.7°F (above normal) with exceptional warmth across the central 2/3 of the nation. Large area of 15°+ above normal including Houston and Minneapolis.
