Quick update on Debby and the tropics

Tropical Storm Debby continues to spin along the coastline of GA/SC and will move somewhat eastward to take advantage of rather warm ocean water to restrengthen. The forecast is for Debby to reach 50-knots prior to another landfall on Thursday in South Carolina. The system lacks an inner-core so any intensification would be limited and the worst impacts would be in the rain bands. Of course, that will mean another 48-72 hours of drenching rainfall for areas already waterlogged.
