The Northeast finally says goodbye to the Nor’easter and hopefully winter weather for the next few months — until probably October.

A storm system develops over Nebraska and Wyoming on Saturday with a chance of severe weather along the warm front.

Beautiful, warm spring weekend on tap for > 100 Million across Lower 48 that will hit 70°F+

Friday Evening Temperatures 7:00 PM ET

Worth noting that 146 million Americans are at/below 50°F still at 7 pm on Friday — chilly! Phoenix only in the mid-60s — should be pushing 86-88°F and then 90s by mid-month. The best weather over the past few days has been up in Montana.

Saturday Weather

Area of low pressure with chance of severe thunderstorms need the triple point in Nebraska and Kansas.

Sunday Weather

This is the frontal system that will move eastward and hopefully clear out Eclipse Totality.

Saturday High Temperatures

A warming trend kickstarts on Saturday adding a few degrees to the Southeast into the Ohio Valley before much warmer on Sunday.

Sunday High Temperatures

110 Million back to 70°+ and enjoying a beautiful spring weekend.

Total Solar Eclipse Cloud Cover

Again, only worried about low and medium cloud cover. Total clouds is dominated by high clouds in the ECMWF HRES, which is way overdone in the model.
